You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. The Operator is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The Operator is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Accounts, and in particular before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are insufficient to complete verification. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in a temporary hold on the Account's withdrawal facility.
